Engine building and clean room

Our clean room provides a climate controlled, dust-free environment, so your engine is built with the precision and attention to detail it deserves, then calibrated and proven on our four-wheel-drive dynamometer.

How we build and calibrate

A great engine starts with a clean build and finishes with careful, measured calibration. Every step is checked against the car, not guessed.

  • Clean room assembly

Powertrains are assembled in our climate controlled, dust-free clean room, where precision and attention to detail come first.

  • Planned around the car

We agree what you want from the engine and how the car will be used, so the build suits the car and its owner.

  • Calibrated on the dyno

Once built, the engine is calibrated on our four-wheel-drive dynamometer in a climate controlled dyno-cell.

  • Proven and recorded

Final runs confirm the result under load, and you receive the figures.

Who it's for

New and rebuilt engines

A freshly built or rebuilt powertrain deserves a clean assembly and careful calibration before it is used hard.

Modified performance cars

Skylines, Supras, Evos, Imprezas and others that have had upgrades and need setting up properly.

Cars that do not feel right

Hesitation, poor running or inconsistent behaviour can be found and diagnosed under load.

Every build is on record

You see what was done and what difference it made.

Questions

Do I need to have modified my car?

No. Calibration can also help a standard car that is running badly. Tell us what the car is doing and we will suggest the right next step.

Which cars do you work on?

From timeless classics to high-performance supercars, we give every car the same attention to detail. Send us the make, model and what you need, and we will confirm it is a fit.
